TidyCards is published by a private individual in a non-professional capacity, with no commercial activity: the service is free and carries no advertising.

Article 1-1 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy lets a non-professional publisher keep their personal identifying details off the page, provided they have given them to their host. That is the case here, and the host is bound to keep them confidential.

TidyCards runs on a server rented from Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, Larnaca 6023, Cyprus, registered for VAT under number CY10301365E.

Hostinger publishes no telephone number: its contact channels are electronic, at hostinger.com.
